Vitamin E and Health
Vitamin
E is the collective name for a group of fat-soluble compounds which
is a member of the powerful antioxidant family
(1)(14). The antioxidant stops the
production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) formed when fat undergoes oxidation
(14).
